rewards. Having the opportunity to present our CIS software to new
potential customers around the world is a challenging project. The
type of product we offer is unique and in many instances very
difficult for a customer to comprehend until they actually have the
opportunity to see how it actually functions in a company.
This is where our customers can help. Often, your customers will
visit and/or perform an audit at your facility. During the visit,
they will have an opportunity to see how CIS software actually works
in an organization and generally they will suddenly have an
appreciation for all of the features CIS has to offer. Additionally,
you may meet colleagues or suppliers that also may need the features
of CIS and you may be inclined to recommend CIS to these contacts.
Word of mouth from supporters such as our customers is the strongest
sales approach that we have in our marketing arsenal. Therefore, we
are prepared to reward customers who can deliver a lead to us that
develops into a new CIS User. However, there are some rules and a
process to follow so that we all can avoid any conflict of
interests.

Conditions
To avoid duplicated leads,
house accounts and conflict of interests, some conditions apply.
- You may not submit a lead for the
company that you own or who employees you. For example,
if you leave your company and have a new job, you may
not submit your new company as a lead;
- We do not expect or want you to
actually sell CIS to your lead. Leave this job to
our Sales and Marketing professionals. You may however
show a potential lead your company's set-up and explain
how you benefit, but please do not discuss prices or
terms;
- You must submit your lead to
bretta@cissoftware.com and include the company name
and address, phone, web site, contact name and contact's
e-mail. You may also include any additional information
that will help us approach and present CIS to your lead.
Once Bretta Kelly receives your lead, she will respond
to you within 48-hours to confirm that the lead is valid
and that we have not already approached that particular
company and have submitted a quotation. All leads will
be considered valid if we have not submitted a quotation
or submitted a price to that particular client;
- Once the lead is accepted as a "Valid
Lead", we will send the information to one of our Sales
and Marketing professionals to pursue;
- A CIS user is a company that uses one
CIS system. If a lead develops into a corporate account
and they purchase more than one CIS License, we will
consider every three additional licenses under the
corporate account as one additional CIS User for
calculation of your free months. We do not charge the
same monthly fee for additional corporate licenses.
Therefore, the following is an example of how we would
calculate your free months:
- One Corporate Account plus 3
extra CIS Satellite Systems = 2 new users and 3 Free
Months;
- One Corporate Account plus 100
extra CIS Satellite Systems = 34 new users and Free
for life;
- Bretta will notify you personally
by phone and by E-mail when one of your leads develop
into a new user.
