Bretta has worked for more than 20 years in a wide range of manufacturing industries implementing and managing Business Management Systems. Her experience ranges from process control systems for Intel Corporation, ISO systems management at Varian Tempe Electronics to implementation of Business Management Systems for more than 100 Aerospace, Electronics, and other manufacturing companies.

Bretta holds a Bachelor of Science in and Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. Her certifications include RABQSA - QMS Lead Auditor, AS 9100 Auditor (Certification #Q08350), HACCP, and SQF 1000 and 2000 auditing and expert training.

Peter Sanderson is President and Founder of TQMS, a quality management consulting and training services company. He has developed several recognized quality-training systems and is considered a leader and visionary in the field of quality control.

 TQMS is the founding company that created CIS Software.

Peter Sanderson received the Quality Professional of the Year 2008 award from Quality Magazine.
